Re-athletization is the last phase of the rehabilitation process, in which, by exploiting the principles of sports training, the complete recovery of the athlete's conditional abilities and sport-specific abilities is achieved.

The final objective, i.e. the complete recovery of sport-specific gestures and an athletic condition that allows the return to competitive activity, must never be lost sight of, by any of the professional figures who, in ideal conditions, work and collaborate closely contact, under the functional coordination of the person in charge of the recovery process.
